Our Catholic World Mission lmpact in Europe
Catholic World Mission is working with the Church to renew faith and hope across Europe. Once the heart of Christendom, many communities now face both spiritual decline and material need. Together with Catholic bishops, religious orders, and parishes, we help rebuild churches, support priests and sisters, and strengthen Catholic education and evangelization. Every project connects faithful Catholics around the world with our brothers and sisters in need - reviving the light of the Gospel and renewing the soul of Europe through love in action.
In these troubled countries, faith•starved communities need the Gospel and spiritual healing more than ever. As Catholics, we help by offering our time and service to better their lives and foster a meaningful relationship with Christ.
WHY IS CHARITY WORK NEEDED IN EUROPE?
The need for charity work remains high in underdeveloped parts of Europe. In addition to the Russo-Ukrainian war, other European countries are impacted by a lack of basic provisions like food, shelter, clothing, medical supplies and toiletries. A lack of education is also a universal epidemic that extends across continents. including Europe. As Catholics, we believe in continuing Tradition through the active work of the Holy Spirit. Pope Benedict XVI's statement explaining the role of tradition in the Catholic Church - "The active presence of the Lord Jesus in his people. realized by the Holy Spirit" - reflects our commitment to fulfill missionary work. With the services we provide through our pillars of evangelization. education and dignified living, we show those who are in need in Europe how Jesus Christ uses us as instruments for His work.
WHAT DOES CATHOLIC WORLD MISSION DO?
In countries deprived of spiritual welfare, we want to be the light in the darkness. We do this by helping others trust God's word through our deeds. Alleviating poverty and uplifting communities is a way to connect with those in spiritual despair. Where do you fit in? By contributing in any way, your donation will help us sustain impoverished communities white spreading the Gospel of Christ. We partner with and work closely within these communities, addressing and resolving their critical needs. We give them the tools to work toward self - sufficiency in the long term.

We aim to unite donors and communities through fellowship and service, reiterating God's word in 1 Corinthians 12:12-13.
