Monthly Prayers

Every month, we come together in prayer, a beautiful tradition that strengthens not only our community but also our connection with each other and with the greater force of love and compassion that we know exists in the world.

August

St. Clare of Assisi

She Who Carried the Light

O’ St Clare, whose gaze pierced silence, draw us into that holy stillness where Love is seen, not heard.

As we send monstrances into waiting hands, let each be a doorway — not to gold, but to glory. May Christ’s hidden presence, at last lifted on distant altars, awaken adoration in hearts formed for wonder. Where there was hunger, let there now be light. Where there was only dust, let tabernacles rise.

Teach us to carry not only vessels, but the stillness to recognize Him — so that in every land, on every tongue, the quiet fire of the Eucharist may kindle where it has never burned before. Amen.

St. Kateri Tekakwitha,

Patron of Persevering Faith

O, St Kateri, faithful beacon of perseverance, we seek your intercession. Strengthen us with the knowledge that God’s love flourishes in every heart, drawing His children ever closer to His embrace. May the grace-filled endeavor between Regnum Christi and Catholic World Mission bear abundant fruit, ensuring that those in need receive the mercy and aid of Christ’s hands at work. With God’s grace, may this mission carry light to the forgotten and renew faith where it is tested. Help us provide the resources to up hold this sacred calling. May we stand f irm, bearing witness to His mercy and spreading hope where darkness lingers. Amen.

St. Christopher

O, St. Christopher, faithful servant of God, we seek your divine guidance. Strengthen us with the knowledge that God’s love knows no bounds. May the efforts to secure a new truck for Fr. Patrick Butler in Mexico ensure safe journeys for him as he reaches those in remote areas, meeting them where they are and sharing the love of Christ. With God’s grace, may this vehicle empower his ministry to bring light to those yearning for God’s presence. And may we all go forth with the assurance that God’s love reaches every corner of the earth, carried by those who answer His call with courage and faith. Amen.

St. Anne, Patron of Mothers

O, St. Anne, beloved mother of Mary and grandmother of Jesus, we seek your divine guidance.

As we celebrate the blessings and joy of motherhood this May, we call upon your intercession.

May the efforts to expand the hospital in Ghana named in your honor bring hope and solace to pregnant mothers and save the lives of precious babies. With God’s grace, may our partners there draw the strength to serve selflessly.

Help us support these devoted individuals with resources to enhance care and continue their vital ministry. May we always strive to bring comfort and healing, recognizing that every life is known and cherished by God. Amen
