POLAND
Thanks to the generous support of our donors, youth in Poland experienced a year filled with faith, formation, and service. Through ECYD, over 80 teens participated in seasonal retreats and a dynamic winter camp, each designed to strengthen their relationship with Christ and deepen their faith.

The Advent and Lenten retreats provided opportunities for prayer, reflection, and community—where young people deepened their spiritual lives through Mass, adoration, guided meditations, and creative expressions like writing personal prayers. Among them were 11 boys and girls who either renewed or pledged their friendship with Christ for the first time within ECYD.
Faith in action. In addition to spiritual formation, the youth lived out their faith through acts of service in Operacja Kilo (Operation Kilo). Partnering with Caritas Poland, they organized two food drives—one during Advent and another during Lent—collecting over 400 kg of food for the poor. These experiences instilled virtues of charity, solidarity, and servant leadership, reminding participants and those they served of Christ’s love. The joy, growth, and transformation captured in the photos are a testament to what your generosity makes possible.
