MEXICO

Logrando Lo Imposible ("Achieving the Impossible"), an addiction recovery center in Guadalajara, Mexico, serves hundreds of men each year. Recently, our friend Fr. Juan Gabriel Guerra, L.C. visited the center and found men full of faith!

They eagerly asked Father to celebrate Mass with them and hear their confessions. However, the center does not have a chapel. They had to celebrate Mass in the gymnasium. As Catholics, we know that a place of prayer, meditation, and reflection is essential to our lives. And in our most difficult moments, it's especially important to have a community to support us in prayer. Without this space of shared faith, these men are forced to pray for healing alone on their bunk beds.

At Logrando lo Imposible, spiritual rehabilitation is a cornerstone of their mission.

PROJECT UPDATES

Divine Providence or Sacred Hour

May 2025

On May 13, 2025—the Feast of Our Lady of Fatima—Fr. Juan Guerra traveled to Mexico City to celebrate the very first Mass at the newly built chapel at Logrando lo Imposible. In a moment that could only be described as providential, the final payout from your generous donations was received at the exact hour the inaugural Mass began.

This sacred timing is a beautiful reminder that God's hand is at work through every gift you give. The final funds will complete the chapel with the purchase of pews and an ambo, creating a dignified and welcoming space where residents can fully participate in the sacraments and encounter God’s healing presence.

This project is a testament to how your giving transforms lives—not only physically but spiritually. As we give thanks for your support, we also pray that the blessings flowing from this chapel reach you and your loved ones in abundance.

Creating Space for Healing and Hope

March 2025

Thanks to your generous support, construction has begun on a new chapel at Logrando lo Imposible, a specialized center for addiction recovery in Mexico. More than just bricks and mortar, this chapel is a vital step in the spiritual healing of the men and women served by the center.

At Logrando lo Imposible, spiritual rehabilitation is a cornerstone of their mission—and now, your generosity has helped build a sacred sanctuary where patients can draw near to God, find peace, and begin again with renewed faith.
